1. General Terms & Conditions

By using the Hiya Baji website and app, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before taking any action on the platform.

As part of the KYC process, hiya baji may request a copy of your National ID or other government-issued identification. This process is carried out solely to protect members.

3. Age Restrictions & Eligibility

Only individuals aged 18 or above may register and play on Hiya Baji. The platform's services are strictly prohibited for minors.

• Hiya Baji may request valid proof of identity at any time to verify a user's age.
• It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to prevent minors from accessing gaming.
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited are not eligible to use Hiya Baji.

4. Payments & Transactions

Hiya baji supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• There are no additional charges for deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own fees.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and can be applied once per account.
• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement. Until that requirement is met, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on hiya baji are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled. Please review the odds and terms carefully before placing any bet.
